At Hillsgrove Primary School, we use Google Classroom as an essential tool to manage homework and home learning. Specifically, it’s used for our weekly spelling and maths homework, which is uploaded every Wednesday. This platform allows both children and parents to easily access assignments and stay organised.

Each week, students will find their spelling and maths homework posted in Google Classroom on Wednesday. We ask that students complete and submit their work by the following Monday, ensuring they have enough time to do their best. Google Classroom makes it simple for children to hand in their homework directly on the platform, and teachers can provide feedback to help guide their learning.

In cases such as snow days or polling days when students may not be in school, Google Classroom ensures that learning continues seamlessly from home. It’s a great way to keep up with homework and stay on track, no matter what.
